What are myHermes’ delivery times? Collections and deliveries are made by myHermes between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that this excludes bank holidays.
Can Hermes deliver after 9pm?
You can expect your parcel to be collected between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 8am to 6pm on Saturdays. We don’t collect parcels on Sundays or on bank holidays.
Do Hermes work 24 hours?
Our network of couriers work 7 days a week – so if you’re expecting a weekend delivery, they’ll bring it to your door. You can use our Lockers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – so you can drop off or collect your parcel whenever it suits you.
When Hermes says on its way?
The parcel is at either the collection or delivery depot, and will be on its way again soon. The parcel has been sent to the incorrect depot and will be re-routed. Please allow 48 hours for the parcel to reach your local courier in this instance.

Once you get to speak with a customer service representative, you may need to present your package’s tracking number and your Hermes account details to verify your identity.
Where is my parcel from Hermes?
You can track a parcel you’re returning in the same way as one you’re receiving. All you need to do is enter the 16 character parcel tracking code into the tracker. If you’re returning a parcel using a Print In-Store device, make a note of the long number underneath the printed label and enter it in the box above.
